How do I find out how credible an agency is?
 Please bear with me, I am BRAND NEW to the adoption process as well as conversating on forums. My husband and I have begun the domestic adoption process, right now we are scheduled for our home study next weekend (coming up SO quickly.) Our adoption agency is licensed through the state, but how can I find out if there have been any complaints against them by either adoptive parents or birth parents? Any info will be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

First step is to check Better Business Bureau profiles of any agencies you're looking at. Then? Go to our Agency PM thread and either post or search for someone who has experience with any that you're considering!
