Anyone adopting from Ukraine??
I have been reading some of the previous threads within the last few months. Is it true that there is a restriction and you can only adopt children over the age of 10 or children with special needs?
Thanks for any info.!!

Does anyone know?? Going to an adoption meeting in two weeks and will find out then. I'm just curious now!
