Just starting in Massachusetts

Hi,
We are starting to write our Dear Birthparent(s) letter and complete our profile for the agency near our home. We live in Western Massachusetts and are wondering if there are any others hoping to adopt near us? We have opted for an open domestic adoption. We know the process can take quite a while and plan on spending our time taking care of ourselves, reading about adoption and daydreaming about the day we get to bring our baby home with us. It's wonderful to read everyone's stories and advice on here. It gives us an idea of what situations we may be challenged with in the future.Best wishes to all who are waiting. We look forward to learning all we can from each other and making this painstakingly wait a worthwhile event!

HI! I am also from MA. I am curious to find out how your adoption is going. My husband and I are just finishing up our homestudy and working on the scrapbook. I would love to hear from you!!

I'm from MA, and we are adopting through an agency in Western MA (I bet you've heard of them...you may even be using them!)

Our DD was born in March, so we're not just starting out, but would love to follow your journey and offer any insight I can..
