This my situation- My daughters friend who is 15 has had many problems at home which cps has been to a couple of times. Her father is not allowed to be at the same residence as my daughters friend though he still visits and did go on vacation with them a couple of weeks ago. She no longer wants to live at home and wants to live with us. We love her and would like nothing more but to help her. What can I do leagally to have her live with us? She is miserable at home and now that cps has gotten involved they are limiting her from her friends and karate. I have not talked to her mother about this but the kids talk on and on. She spent the night last night and was very upset to go home- what do I do. I have a full house with 4 of my own children and husband but we would to have her.
