after an 8 mo wait on our second adoption, we brought our little boy home on sunday. we got the call on wed. for a last minute placement, drove to san diego thurs. just to meet the bmom, were told she would take awhile to decide, so we didnt really expect to come home with a baby. she had it narrowed to 3 families and by fri. she had decided and we matched. we brought tyler "ty" salim(peaceful) home from the hospital on saturday. Whew! and Of course i came down with a cold as soon as we got home...Oh Joy!
now the fun begins....a teenager, a toddler, and a newborn...life is Crazy!, but Good!
he's a little guy, 4.10, 17" at birth. so we are workin on gettin some meat on those bones.

How very wonderful!!!!!!! I"m glad that you have these moments and experiencing them all. I've BTDT with the 'cold thing'----mine was extreme coughing..and the poor baby would jump every time I'd have a coughing jag!
But........it's wonderful for you, all the same. I hope he's an easy baby and life continues to go well!
