Creating video for Adoptive Children to be

Hello. We are trying to create a video of our home and surroundings for our adoptive children in TX. We want to make it exciting for them to watch. They are happy in the foster home they have now, and we want to help them to adjust to our home. I know some things I want to video, however, I would love some suggestions.

Hi! Congratulations on your upcoming adoption! If you have children in your neighborhood that are the same age (or close) to the ones you are adopting, I think it would be really neat to do a little interview with them. That would give the children new friends to look forward to. I also think it would be fun to do a driving tour of the town and perhaps the school so they know what to expect.

This is such a neat idea -- good luck!!

Hi. THanks for the ideas. I finished it and mailed it today to the children. I did just as you said and also showed them the items we received from our adoption shower. I also filmed us feeding the ducks at the duck pond and a local park.
