WV adoption
Anyone w/ adoption agency information in WV or surrounding states? We are just beginning our research into adoption. I've been told the first step is selecting an agency... how do you decide?

Hi I'm from WV too. we didn't use an agency we did an private adoption in MD. I Would check into the adoption laws WV gives 6 MONTHS from the birthparents to change their minds MD is 30 days. Feel free to PM me.
