We started trying to find the b-mother by running newspaper ads in several states and college papers. All the paperwork (i.e.: lawyer on call, home study completed, fingerprints on files with the state, etc.) is in place. After 2 months of running ads, we have not received any calls. So we are thinking of switching to an agency but have heard too many stories and bad experiences. Therefore, we are looking for recommendations from all of you. We are located in New York and want a domestic newborn.
