|
Looking to adopt older kids, a family group
I have been told there are places in the US where it is better to go to adopt kids as they take kids away who are still okay, not terribly hurt and have not been in foster care too long.
Anyone know where some of these places might be?

I don't know, I haven't heard that before. But I have heard that some caseworkers/social workers are more honest about providing histories of the children's behaviors. I don't know if Social Services 'culture' would be regional or purely vary by individuals.
Whereever you find your future children, be sure to talk to their current and previous foster parents, their therapist, caseworkers, etc.
