Need Help
Me and my husband have a friend she found out she was pregnante and dosen't want the baby and knows we are looking to adopt. if we adopt her baby how would we go about it? do we still need a home vist from a social worker? and we live in wyoming and her in kentucky what laws would we go bye?
PLEASE HELP
