just got an e-mail from b, all is well and they were pretty much spared from rita. part of thier fence was blown over but very little other damage. i am sure she will post her later!!!

Here is a funny picture of Kaden...he is really into hats these days. He wears a plastic construction type hat a LOT and it is ALWAYS worn backwards...the other day he decided he wanted to wear his daddy's hat too and once again, only wanted to wear it backwards. He thought it fit best wearing it like this...with a little peep hole. SO FUNNY!

Holy Crap, he is so grown up since the last picture I saw of him, what a cutie pie!!! That is so funny about the hats, Nicolas and Asher both love hats and they each have a little plastic hard hat. The other day Asher was wearing his little hard hat, a shirt, a diaper and one rubber boot. It was so cute, I wish I could've gotten a picture but I had no film in my camera.

that is too funny Stacy. Yeah, Kaden just loves his hard hat...this summer he wore it outside a few times with nothing else on!!! That was a picture! He puts it on most of the time when he is going to ride his bike or drive his truck. It is so funny...I wish I knew what he was thinking sometimes

Wanting his dad's hat is a relatively new thing though...but you can see he thought he was pretty cute. and yes, he is getting to be a very big boy!!!

Jess..Thanks for the email picture of you. What a cute pregnant mommy you are. You look like you didn't gain much weight at all. Kaden's picture is sooooo cute. Man, he has changed so much. He is looking so grown up!!!

Here is a picture of Lexi in Monterey CA about 3 weeks with a monkey. The only way you could get a picture with the monkey is to give him dollar bills. I think that monkey got about $12.00 from Lexi...

Thanks, Jess.. I just can't believe Lexi is 3 and Sean will be 2 in Dec... The time goes by too fast.

Did I tell you guys that I have enrolled Sean in Lexi's school for Dec. 1st? I don't know how well he will do. He is always glued to my hip... But he does cry when we leave Lexi's school because he wants to stay and play. They have a teacher that comes to our house every other month and she told me to atleast give it 3 weeks to see how he does..

Hi everyone! Thanks for your kind thoughts and birthday wishes. Thankfully, Rita spared us and (as McKenna said) the only damage to my house was a knocked over fence and an unattached gutter. There wasn't any damage to our rental house except the loss of electricity for 2 days.

My birthday was almost overlooked with all the hurricane preparations but we all went out to dinner last night to make up for it. Mmmm...Pappasitos!!

I hope everyone is well. Erin, Cathy, Sean - hope you get better soon.

Hey Jewel, now that A's is settled in and the adoption is almost finalized, when are you going to start again?

Well, the boys and I have been busy assembling pictures and packing O's things over the past few weeks. His last day with us is tomorrow and we are really dreading saying goodbye.
