11/15/69 Dekalb County GA Girl Med Info Needed
 ISO birth family. Private/Independent adoption. Born 11/15/69 Girl. Non-id doesn't state much. Says release signed by ** 11/16/1969 and when Clayton Co. DFCS contacted her prior to adoption finalization, my **'s mom refused to let them talk to her, stating I was given up due to my **'s age and the fact she was unmarried. I just became a grandma myself on 10/22/03 and need to know some medical information. There is a possibility that there is some Italian in the family as my children as well as myself have some unique charestics indicative of this lineage. To my **: I have had a good life.
