Hi. I believe we spoke by phone this past week. I thought it best that I stopped in to update my contact information since you had such a time reaching us, who knows what we may have missed out on.

Other than the dates of 66 or 67 for DOB and the birth in N. Georgia, we have little other information to go by. All my husbands immediate family including a brother one year older than he are deceased. His mother dead over 20 years now, refused to ever talk about the birth. So we continue searching for needle in a haystack....

His DOB is 7/2/64 and he was born in Habersham county in Cornelia, Ga.

My husband was born 5/25/1966 and adopted in a private adoption. All I know is that the father was 21 when he was born and the mother was 19. Records list father as a heavy machine operator. My husband was born in Columbus, Ga. Please let me know what you think. We have a 2 year old that has cancer and we desperatly need medical history. Thanks...

My Half brother was born in buena vista ga, his dob was 8-26-67
he would be 36 now,
have you gotten his non id information through the GARR registry, I think it is 35 $ ? that may give you some help
I know what you mean about medical history, my son has a rare chromosome disorder and he is undergoing genetic testing to find out where and why he has this, it is so fustrating that we cant get the medical information that we need, it is really unfair
not knowing where to turn to get this information

Can you tell me more about your husbands sister? I am searching for a boy named Rodney with a younger sister Sherry who were suppose to be born in this time frame. They were placed for adoption by GADFACS. Were suppose to have been adopted by same family in Rockdale County, Conyers, GA.

Hello debeidson. Thanks for replying. The information we have on her is limited at best. I can say with certainty that she is the youngest of 3. My husband was born in 1964. Another brother was born in 1962.

Their mother never spoke of this adoption others told us. Unfortunately it des not seem that I can be of help to you. The oldest boy knew his father but the sister and my hubby each have different dads. Their mother chose to keep their identities secret as well!

Thanks for your reply. The children I am looking for were taken away from the birth family because of abuse. They were in foster care with my neighbor for approx. 1 1/2 yrs. We were told that they were adopted together by a family in Rockdale County, Conyers, GA. Good luck in your search.

thank you very much for those names. I have actually spoken to all of them over a yr ago and none of them recalls there ever being an Anna in the family. I have also found other family memebr, however, by the time i made contact they had passed away.
