husband vs deadbeat dad
My daughter's father is no longer in her life. He has decided not to pay child support(but it's not court ordered either) and hasn't tried to see her even though i have tried many times. Her father isn't on her birth cetificate either. So really there isn't very much connecting her to him. My fiancee would love to adopt her after we get married. I need to know what to do and if there is going to be many court costs involved in this. Please help! Thank you!
