New laws of Step parent adoption

I am in the same boat. The new law has something to do with terminating the biological parents rights. That means a seperate hearing. Once the rights are terminated then the step parent can proceed with adoption 30 days after. I am looking for the proper forms so that I can file paperwork for the termination hearing. Kelley
