My husband wants to adopt my son 13 ya, the biologic father gave the permission signing the forms.
How we can go for it without an attorney? |

Call your local family court. There should be a person, typically a clerk, who processes the adoptions. S/he should be able to tell you which forms need to be filled out. Some courts also have volunteer lawyers on certain days - check to see if your family court has a similar program available.
