How much longer...In Oklahoma

My daughter is 3 1/2. My husband is in the process of adopting her. My ex gave up his parental rights at the end of July we also filed our petition for adoption at the end of July. We got the home study waived and we sent out the back ground check and criminal check at the begining of August. They have already requested documents from my divorce case for my daughter. How much longer do we have to wait until it will be finalized?
