stepparent adoption

I was wondering if you had found anything out about the forms. I have been searching the internet and trying to find the same forms. I have an appointment with an attorney next week, but I know that is going to be very expensive if I have to take that route. Please let me knoe. Thank You. Deeanna luvmybunch5@aol.com
