Hi, I'm new to the list and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could download a copy for Minnesota Stepparent adoptions and a Waiver of Home Study for.
Or if anyone has a copy of these forms and is willing to share them, please feel free to e-mail me the forms/links to the forms.

It has taken 10yrs, but my Ex has finally agreed to the adoption..... but the lawyer retainer fee is unbelievable!!!!

I was wondering if you found your forms. I am contemplating helping out in adoptions by selling the forms rather than charging my typical retainer. Let me know if you still need help.
