Need NC parental relinquishment form
I read on one of these threads (but can't seem to find it now) that they had the form for NC parental relinquishment form. I am going to attempt to see if the birth father will sign over his rights so my husband can adopt my son. If anyone could PLEASE help.. I would greatly appreciate it!!!!

I have done this :)
I know what paper you need and it is at your local clerk of court they are really nice there and I did the whole adoption through them by myself

Relinquishment Forms
I have had many requests for these forms but I don't have them. You have to go to your local county courthouse and they have all the necessary paperwork for adoptions there. They are very helpful and can guide you through the process.
