concented stepparent adoption free
A few years ago i had been given information that if the adoption of my son to my husband by the biological father was concented by the biological father then one of the state agencies would do it for free. I even had a packet mailed to me but at the time I had once again lost contact with the biological father. I lost the packet and for the life of me can not find the information as to what agency.
If any one knows please forward me the information. I have once again tracked him down and he is claiming he will sighn everything I need. Thanks to all
