Hi, I don't know if anyone can help me or not, but I'm at a total loss, my son's paternal grandmother has court ordered visitation/partial custody rights, her son died a year ago. My husband wants to adopt my little boy, I know that in Pennsylvania after an adotpion grandparents rights are terminated, but if she has a court order for rights will that still come into play or will that be terminated after the adoption is finalized?? Any help at all would be greatly and sincerely appreciated!!!!!!
Please email or post reply, email is Ziggy21800@aol.comThanks so much!!!!!!!!! Last edited by SMDM71903 : 11-08-2003 at 10:19 PM. |
