Oregon step-parent adoption process
Hi, I see I am the first one posting from Oregon. I am wanting to hear from people who have been through a step-parent adoption in Oregon who may be able to offer advice or things they wish they had known before going through the process. If you are reading and haven't started or completed the process and just want to chat or brainstrom ideas, please let me know and maybe we can chat on AIM.

I AM SO HAPPY 2 C THAT THEREZ SOMEONE FROM OREGON. DO THEY HAVE THE STEP PARENT ADOPTION SERVICES HERE? HOW DO WE START? I KNOW IN CA. ITS DONE WITH OR WITH OUT OBTAINING A LAWYER AND ITS LESS COMPLICATED THAN WHAT I HAVE HEARD FROM PEOPLE HERE. I CALLED AN ATTORNEY HERE AND THEY SAID YEAH THEY'LL DO IT 4 ABOUT 1,500-3,000. I HOPE THERES ANOTHER WAY.
