Help need to know codes to get petion to terminate parental rights
 I live in California and called the courthouse by me to request or ask if the have a petition to terminate rights, she asked if they where for one code or another. i dont know i am not a lawyer but at this moment i wish i was. My husband wants to adopt my son and cant because of biological father, which i might add, disapeared and abandoned my son. Has only seen him 4 times in the two years of being born. And that was before dissapearing. What code do i need what forms do i need what can i do and how can i do it. I cant afford an attorney or i would do it. I nedd answers and i am asking you all for help please, i am deperate.
