Since we won full custody in 1997, the mother has been in & out of drug and alcohol rehab at least four time that I know of. We have no knowledge of her whereabouts since about a year ago. I guess with her lifestyle, she might even b dead. I would like to adopt these children, and need to know what I would have to do, as I cannot afford an attorney.
