Fleeting adoption

We are very worried that we will not be able to follow them. Please can anyone provide information how we may contact the foster mother for more information about the girl? Thank you for any information.

This should work if it is the placing agency, otherwise, I would suggest sending a letter to the foster parents at their old address. It will be forwarded to them at their new address. Have you checked the Ohio adoption photolistings?
