ICPC from CA to NC
We are hoping to adopt one of the siblings of one of our adopted kids. We completed our adoptions in CA, but have since moved to NC, so it would be an ICPC placement & adoption. This is totally unfamiliar territory for us, and were wondering if anyone had any experience with this, especially from out of state to NC.
Our CA foster license expired a year ago, so we were thinking it shouldn't be that hard to update and get placement, but we didn't know how it worked to take placement of the child, do visits, finalize, etc. Thanks!
