New in Oregon
Hi we are researching foster/adopt in Oregon. Is anyone from the area?? Can you tell me what I have to look forward to?? I know I have to go thru training, criminal checks, house checks.etc..but anything else I should know?? We definitely want to foster with option to adopt. We have 2 bio children who are 9 & 3 and have talked it over with them also. They are very eager to have other child/children in the home. If anyone has any info at all for me it would be greatly appreciated.  Christina in Oregon

Hi. I am currently fostering two little girls in Southern Oregon. I am looking forward to doing foster/adopt either with these two angels or any other little angel that we get. If you would like to PM me I will give you a link to a site for Oregon DHS that includes publications about what to expect, definitions, help, etc. I found some really interesting things and a lot of things that I wasn't told from sw!
