They want your socail worker to call on specific children. Many are also listed on the national Faces of Adoption. If you register your homestudy with Faces of adoption, then you can get the contact info through special access. Va loves to place in state, check it often with your worker. Gook Luck!

I am also interested in adopting via state (preferrably VA). I am currently compiling a list of workers that I plan to check with monthly or so ... many of the children that fit what I am looking for (Cauc girl 0-4) never make it to the listings so I understand. Anybody with experience have any other suggestions?
