stay at home mom
Me and my husband are wanting to adopt a child under age 8yr. We have a 10yr old daughter and I am a stay at home mom. Some people have told us it would be easier for us to adopt because "I don't work". Others have said it would be hard for us because we already have a child. We are just wanting to know what other peoples experience with this is.
P.S. We are going to adopt a child from foster care (Arkansas)

We are in MO. and it doesn't really make a difference here... The difference is made, when you are looking to adopt children with sevre special needs, sometimes the worker will express that the child needs at least one parent that stays at home...
