Sure you can--just contact the Center for Adoption in Nashville (615) 253-3289 if you want to go throught the State of TN or contact and adoption lawyer like Lisa Collins (Nashville) for a private adoption (not al private adoptions are expensive if you are willing to accept a special needs child) or call some agencies listed on various websites for adoptions (although these tend to be more expensive and many wont accept single moms). Many times , with State adoptions, the children's are special needs or sib groups but many times subsidy is provided til the child/ren is/are 18.
Just know---the process takes FOREVER! Be patient.
