Match interview question...
We were asked to interview for a possible match. What should we expect? Has anyone been to an interview like this? I am only familiar with the "committee" process where the prospective adoptive family's worker presents them to the committee. I believe they are interviewing another family. Is there anything we need to do to prepare? This will be through Adams County.
Thank you. Forgot to mention this is for an older child adoption.(SWAN)

I was going to post something similiar. I am also being interviewed for a potential match with out disclosures. I am intrested in an older child. I have no Idea what they are going to ask, it looks like we are in the same boat, p.s. I live in CA.
