Oregan will only work with your SW and if your SW is not tickled about you going out of state I would not try Oregan. Texas is a really wonderful state to adopt from. We have once already and are now trying to again.

Hi I am from Washington state and my (private) agency lets us inquire about kids from Oregon. What they have told us is that Oregon takes months to select one family and then on to the next family if 1st family says no due to issues or ?. I have inquired about 6 different children and so far no luck. I sometimes wonder if they choose in state families first. Good luck
