What does the state provide?
I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the state provides to child that you are fostering and what they provide if you adopt them? Thank you.

you can go to
the national adoption clearinghouse site and get some specific info....foster care usually gets around $400 per month and maybe $300 year clothing ......some places more then others and some places are really open to giving higher special needs rates while other states and local agencies don't.....adoption sub. are not a given until the child turns 18 as apparently as in Missouri laws can change and they can stop giving the payment (they have not cut Medicaid though) check with your local agency and see
