Post Financial assistance

I am curious to know what exactly the state gives you in terms of financial assistance. I would like to foster a child between the ages of 5-10 (because we are young and would need to be enough older than the child to seem like parents).. but I thought if the state paid for day care we could foster children younger than that. We are wondering what they will pay and if what they give you is actually enough to take care of them because we could start now. If they do not give you quite enough, we would need to wait until we are a little more financially secure -- say in 2 years or so. Before we start this, we want to make sure we can provide everying they need.

E-mail me if you will reandruss2@aol.com
