Just adopting in UT, not fostering, need advice
Hello,
We are looking to adopt a toddler, not foster. I have been told that we cannot just adopt from Utah, that we have to foster first. Does anyone know this to be true? Do we just have to be persistent? We are planning to go ahead with our Home Study, and start looking for children in other states. Has anyone done this? Thanks, Sheri
