I am a foster mom. I have three kiddos and will be finalizing on two of them in January. The third is still in court due to some ICWA law issues-whole other topic. I really have two questions:
1. If I move out of state, will the subsidies and medicaid be affected?
2. Once TPR is done on my third, can I move out of state prior to her adoption being finalized?

I don't know if anyone will know the answers to these questions, but I thought I would ask and see.

Hi,

You would still receive the subsidy and the medical card would be transferred to your new state.

We may face this same issue next July and will have 2 kids with us not adopted. We will be permitted to take them with us as they are going to be permant placements with us.
