New To This
Hi All,
My Name is Nicky and I am interesting as adopting as a single parent. I was thinking adopting outside of NY state. I have two concerns though. One is will I be allowed to adopt out of state as a single person. I know some agencies do not always welcome single parent adoptions. I am also concerned about the home study. I am 30 years old and live in a 2 bedroom apartment with my mother. I am concerned they will look down on this also. I would greatly welcome any suggestions or feedback from anyone. Thank You Nicky
