Interstate adoption info?

I was wondering if anyone could share with me the time lines for their interstate adoptions?How many states you submitted to? Which states were easiest to work with? And basically your overall adoption story. Basically I just want your life story,just kidding. Any info would help. Our state is getting no where so we have started talking to other states in hopes of better luck. We just really need some positive feed back.......
