Adopting from SC, live out of state
Has anyone adopted (this is private adoption) a child from SC while living in another state? Wondering how difficult it is for an out of state adoption to be approved. The SW is using "unusual circumstances" as the reason...those circumstances being difficulty finding an adoptive family in state partly due to some of the birthmom/bf history.
Any info helpful! Amy
