Live in IL Need informatoin on Adoption Laws in Connecticuit and

We can be matched with a birthmom that lives in Connecticuit but we live in IL we need to find out the Conntecticut adoption laws and about Termination and the finalization laws and if there is a waiting period where revocation could take place. if you know please let us know or even if you know of a link that could help
