Can anyone tell me what the state of Nevada considers when doing a homestudy? My partner and I are just starting out and I am posting all over the place looking for information. I am so lost in the wheels right now. I started this process because of a little boy in Michigan that I know who badly needs a good home. I am trying to adopt him. So far I really haven't run into the red tape. I won't need an attorney or anything and am already in touch with his adoption worker. Any information you can give me at this point will be helpful.
