Interstate adoption from Arkansas
My husband and I are interested in AA infant adoption from Arkansas. We are from Nebraska and have been told that you can finalize in Arkansas and leaave the state without going thru ICPC. Anyone know anything about that? Also any comments about Adoption Advantage in Little Rock. Please pm me. Or info about any other agency in Arkansas. Thanks!
