Thinking of Adopting in NC
We are an AA family living in MD and possibly looking to adopt in NC. We have a completed Homestudy. We were told that AA familes were in great demand, but finding that not to be the case in MD. If anyone has any information about NC adoptions (process, agencies, etc), that would be helpful.
