Understanding WI Laws...
I'm jumping ahead a bit, but I'd like to know the facts before we get too involved. We've been contacted by an expectant mother who is considering placing her baby. She is from WI, we are not. *IF* this were to work out, what are best case/worst case for length of time to bring the baby back to our home, TPR, etc. ? Also, our agency isn't licensed in WI, any recommendations for agencies/lawyers in WI? Thanks!
