feedback on An Act of Love, Open Heart, and Premier

We're trying to decide a Utah agency to work with for adopting an infant domestically. Our short list is An Act of Love, Open Heart Adoptions, and Premier Adoptions. Does anyone have any experience with or knowledge of these? Thanks in advance.
