Adopting from Idaho speical needs from out of state

Hi we were finally contacted by our 14 year old daughters case worker and we are being concidered she is sending us more information before we talk. We sent the home study last month. Does anyone know the prossess for adopting in Idaho in Oregon they have to go to a committee?
