private agency adoption experiences

Any Oklahomans who are pursuing domestic adoption of infants through private agency or attorney (versus Cherokee Nation or foster to adopt?) What were your experiences? Any advice on how to make a successful plan for adoption? Am frustrated with our agency and not sure if should stick with this agency or switch to another agency or hire an adoption attorney. A facilitator has approached DH and I and I do not know if legal in Oklahoma? Would love to hear how your adoption journey unfolded!
