Any tips on a great agency you used and how did you get your homestudy done? (who did you use?)

I already gave you my agency suggestions but I wanted to post and see where you are in the process now. Did you choose an agency?

I am quite proud of myself that I finally turned in all the homestudy homework (Which ended up being about 40 pages). Now I wait for them to schedule us with a social worker for the two individual interviews and the home visit.

The approval aspect of adoption is way less pleasant than I thought it was going to be. Way to many personal questions that I really don't think are anyones business.

In case you cannot tell, I am forum obsessed lately.

Hey!

We are on hold. We just moved into a house and we are completing our first year with our business so we just can't jump through that hoop right now. I still go back and forth whether we should go domestic or international.

Who did your homestudy? Sounds like loads of fun.
So you have two interviews and then your home visit? Do they do your interviews over the phone? I hope all goes well!!!

Don't know if you have been following any of the other threads but I got my baby boy! I will PM you my private email so I can be a resource when you are ready. If you are open to race (which I assume you are if you are going international) your wait will not be long for domestic with a nevada agency.
