new to MA -- looking for gay-friendly agencies
Hey all.
My partner of 10 years & I just moved to Massachusetts from IL. 2.5 years ago, we adopted our son there, and it was an incredible process, and of course, the resultant past few years are pretty amazing as well. In that 1st process, it became really easy to narrow down agencies to those who work with Same-Sex Couples, but trying to find out the same info about here in MA. Anyone heard anything about this? Thanks! Jeremy

Sorry to see this post sit here for so long w/o a reply. As you probably realize there isn't much traffic in the Mass forum. I believe there are more than a few private agencies who work with G/L couples (Cambridge Family & Childrens Services comes to mind). Also, many of our G/L friends have adopted through DSS. Hope that helps somewhat, do you live in Northampton?

Full Circle Adoptions in Northampton works with all couples and singles.
They also have an office in Brookline.
